What is a highlight film?
Wedding highlight films are short, cinematic films designed to bring your photos to life by capturing real sound, natural moments and the feeling of your day as it unfolded.
Usually around five minutes long & designed to capture not just how it looked, but bring you back to how it felt.
I film quietly alongside your wedding photography, capturing natural moments in the same style as my photography. I also record real audio throughout the day such your vows, your speeches, laughter, and ambient sound. This may involve use the use of recorders or microphones and then I weave these sounds gently into the soundtrack.
The result isn’t a montage, throw away content or a social media reel. It’s a storytelling keepsake that grows more meaningful with time.
How my highlight films are different.
Authentic audio from your day.
Your vows, speeches and natural sounds from your wedding day form the emotional backbone of each film. There are no awkward voiceovers, no obviously staged moments. (Unless you want them!)
Filmed alongside photography.
There’s no separate “video production” happening to interrupt your wedding day. I work discreetly, in the same calm, unobtrusive way I would photograph your day. Just me & my cameras unless you’ve opted for a second photographer of course !
Crafted by me, start to finish.
Filmed, edited and finished personally by me, so the film reflects the same style, tone and care as your photographs.
These films are made to last. No gimmicks, no fast edits for algorithms just honest storytelling from your day professionally produced.

What are the costs & what’s included ?
I’m always upfront about pricing, but what matters more to me is that you understand what’s actually included and why these films are made with intention, not just added on as an extra.
Wedding highlight films are £625 when added to a photography package already booked. That price include everything needed to create a beautifully finished, storytelling keepsake of your day. Each film is around five minutes long and carefully edited to a licensed music track that’s thoughtfully chosen to match the feel, pace and atmosphere of your wedding. Where possible (and permitted at your venue), drone photography and filming are included, along with any additional time needed on the day to capture gentle scene-setting footage, natural movement and ambient details. You’ll also receive a short trailer edit, perfect for sharing on Instagram, usually delivered within two weeks.
All audio recorded throughout your day, including vows, speeches and natural sound is professionally edited and delivered to you as an MP3 file to keep, listen to and revisit whenever you like. While speeches and vows can’t be included in full within the highlight film itself, this audio keepsake is a lovely way to preserve them in their entirety, think of it as your own wedding podcast.
Every film is professionally edited and colour graded, then delivered via a downloadable link. It will also be saved onto your USB if one is included in your package.
